Ruins of Kunark, released in April 2000, added the continent of Kunark — home of the Iksar lizardfolk — along with 26 new zones, the Iksar race, and iconic raid targets like Trakanon and Venril Sathir. Kunark content raises the level cap to 60 and introduces the Plane of Hate and Plane of Fear as landmark raid destinations.
